Your Golf Trip Process of Procuring a Golf Tour Package
A walk-through of the process from your enquiry, quotation, your confirmation, invoicing, payment, final itinerary and your tour proper
Step 1: Your Initial Enquiry
If you Contact Us or send us an Order Enquiry providing full details of your requirement for a golf tour package, you will receive promptly (Well, almost always) a quotation from us, see sample of an email-Quotation below:
Step 2: Invoicing
After numerous email or phone exchanges for further enquiries, changes and fine-tuning of your package, you are finally satisfied with the details and would like to confirm purchase of your package. We will send you an invoice requesting for a deposit, see sample of an email-Invoice here:

Step 2: Invoicing
After numerous email or phone exchanges for further enquiries, changes and fine-tuning of your package, you are finally satisfied with the details and would like to confirm purchase of your package. We will send you an invoice requesting for a deposit, see sample of an email-Invoice here:

Step 3: Receipt of Your Payment
When we receive your payment, we will immediately acknowledge by sending you the print-out line of entry in our bank statement showing the payment you have sent us. This serves as an official receipt from us; it is a digital proof of receipt by us (This is times more official than any scrappy pieces of the traditional receipt), see sample here:
Step 4: Preparation of Your Arrival
You will send us the name list of your group for hotel and golf course bookings, your arrival and departure flight details for us to arrange in advance the vehicle for your airport pick-up and the rest of the trip, your preferred T-off times and all else we need to know to make your tour as seemless as possible, etc., etc.
After all bookings have been made, we will send you the Booking Reference Numbers as in the register of the facility suppliers, in particular from the hotels for your rooms. You are most welcome to check directly if you wish.
Step 5: Your Final Itinerary
About 1-2 weeks before your arrival, we will send you the final Itinerary which will detail, apart from the agreed timed-schedule of the various activities, the name, mobile telephone number and a copy of the ID with photo of our representative or your driver meeting and greeting you at the airport. This is particularly important if you have a balance of your Invoice amount to pay us on arrival. See a sample of the final Itinerary here:
Step 6: Arrival & Your Actual Tour
Upon arriving at your destination, we will likely contact you via the phone of your driver or guide just to make sure you are properly settled down for your tour. With absolutely no intention to intrude your privacy, we will likely contact you again half-way through just to make sure all's been well.
