We cordially request a Deposit of 30% at least to confirm your trip with the balance to reach us two weeks before date or cash on arrival, depending on the destination.

This happens when the final itinerary and quotation of your package have been agreed between us and you wish to confirm your purchase. This deposit payment is your commitment to all the facility suppliers whose services (plus ours) you seek to ensure an enjoyable golf holiday. Without this deposit payment for your golf package, no bookings or any other reservations would be made by us for you for the simple reason that the risk of a 'no show' should best rest with you - Our Dear Valued Customer - for important people like you could be called up anytime to attend to whatever mundane by anyone of gainful interests to you. By this arrangement of a deposit, we trust that you appreciate we'd be partly financing your package until your arrival.

The deposit payment can be made either by a direct Telegraphic Transfer to our centralized bank account in Australia or via PayPal using your credit card.

Telegraphic Transfer (Wire)

For those averse to following online instructions, please make a telegraphic transfer with instruction for "Recipient to Receive Amount in Full" to:

Payee: Francis Hua-Qiang HUANG Bank: Westpac Bank, Australia - Branch# 032-089 Account Number: 732089-564630 SWIFT Code: WPACAU2S For (online EFT) transfers within AUSTRALIA, please use BSB: 732089 / Account Number: 564630

Credit Card Payment:

PayPal accepts most credit cards. It makes a widely acceptable intermediary with whom all parties could feel comfortable making monetary transactions.

All you need to do is to follow simple instructions in the email-Invoice to be sent to you via PayPal to complete the credit card transaction just like you would in any other online purchases. We cordially request though a PayPal's Service Charge of 3.7% on the amount paid; this service charge replaces the fee you'd otherwise have to pay for a bank transfer.

PayPal provides The PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy. We would like you to feel comfortable transacting with us online, particularly if we are organizing your golf trip for the first time.

A Note of Comfort: After we've received the deposit, we regularly receive requests from our clients to TT us the balance before arrival to avoid the hassle of having to prepare cash, sometimes in local currency. The choice remains yours, Madam/Sir.

Our philosophy is that of a 'boutique tour' facilitator, bringing together the various expertise in our network and our experience in the golf tour industry to best cater to your needs, as well as attending to the finest details of the most discerning customer.

Our forte is our ability to offer you the best price that any value-conscious customer cannot resist!

We accept orders for groups of any size. Come yourself, or with your partner or loved ones, or better still with all your friends, club members, colleagues and business associates. We are also happy to organize Incentive Golf Tours for your employees or your organization.

Need a golf tournament for your big corporation, or your private group? Call us.

We 'make it happen' for you. Take advantage of the economy of scale, let us give you the best price possible and make it a cost-efficient and fun-filled golf holiday for everyone! A quick note on FREEbies: While conditions apply, for your golf package, we can offer you a FREE Room for every 16 purchased and, many airlines and travel agencies do offer a FREE air-ticket for every 15 purchased on a package-to-package basis.

Ask for it, help yourself by helping us to make it a good golfing holiday package for you!

In order for us to ensure our clients enjoy the quality of services as agreed, we regularly conduct quality control checks during the trip to ensure services provided are up to the standard as promised.

We keep in close touch with our clients during the trip by email or instant messaging or simply through telephone calls.

We respect and have no intention to intrude your privacy; we only aim to ensure value for money for all our valued customers.

A package, which includes all of your requirement (your golf green booking, hotel reservation, all local transportation, optional local tours etc.) allows us to give you the best combination of the facilities and therefore the best package price possible.

Some might like to be quoted on item-to-item basis so they reserve the liberty to choose whichever item they like better. We can accommodate that but our sincere advice is that such 'supermarket-type' of selective purchase will quite inevitably result in a much higher package price on the overall.

In this context, booking your hotel rooms separately via online hotel sites or air-ticket purchase will only make your overall outlay higher. Besides online hotel room prices are always higher than our contracted prices. We cordially request that our expertise in tailor-packaging your entire golf trip be put into best use.

Just tell us all that you require for a golf trip, we'll offer the best for you!

We attend to all enquiries promptly. We attempt to programme the itinerary as close as possible to your requirement.
It is to your best interest to provide as much information as you can by filling in our Order Enquiry form available by clicking the 'Order Enquiry' button at the right bars. Brisk exchange of e-mail messages and/or telephone calls will be inevitable to ensure the finest details of your order are not left out.

Step 1: Your Initial Enquiry If you Contact Us or send us an Order Enquiry providing full details of your requirement for a golf tour package, you will receive promptly (Well, almost always) a quotation from us, see sample of an email-Quotation below:

Step 2: Invoicing After numerous email or phone exchanges for further enquiries, changes and fine-tuning of your package, you are finally satisfied with the details and would like to confirm purchase of your package. We will send you an invoice requesting for a deposit, see sample of an email-Invoice here:

Step 3: Receipt of Your Payment When we receive your payment, we will immediately acknowledge by sending you the print-out line of entry in our bank statement showing the payment you have sent us. This serves as an official receipt from us; it is a digital proof of receipt by us (This is times more official than any scrappy pieces of the traditional receipt), see sample here:

Digital Receipt 1

Digital Receipt 2

Digital Receipt 3

Step 4: Preparation of Your Arrival You will send us the name list of your group for hotel and golf course bookings, your arrival and departure flight details for us to arrange in advance the vehicle for your airport pick-up and the rest of the trip, your preferred T-off times and all else we need to know to make your tour as seemless as possible, etc., etc.

After all bookings have been made, we will send you the Booking Reference Numbers as in the register of the facility suppliers, in particular from the hotels for your rooms. You are most welcome to check directly if you wish.

Step 5: Your Final Itinerary About 1-2 weeks before your arrival, we will send you the final Itinerary which will detail, apart from the agreed timed-schedule of the various activities, the name, mobile telephone number and a copy of the ID with photo of our representative or your driver meeting and greeting you at the airport. This is particularly important if you have a balance of your Invoice amount to pay us on arrival. See a sample of the final Itinerary here:

Step 6: Arrival & Your Actual Tour Upon arriving at your destination, we will likely contact you via the phone of your driver or guide just to make sure you are properly settled down for your tour. With absolutely no intention to intrude your privacy, we will likely contact you again half-way through just to make sure all's been well.

If there’s a Very Good Reason why you should join our golf tour, here it is:

A very encouraging letter from one of our groups:

Northern Beauties: For some there could only be one good reason for a Chiangmai Golf Package! Go there NOW?

Francis Huang from GOLFnTours arranged everything for us and the trip went like clock work. As usual we had a few last minute changes with a missed flight but Francis was able to swiftly put alternative arrangements in place.

Whilst Francis did not attend our golf trip, he kept in touch constantly ensuring all was running smoothly. The cold beer on the 2 hour bus trip to Wanning was much appreciated and enjoyed. The golf courses, accommodation, food and transport were all first class.

We have used Francis previously for our golf trips in Asia and again he has delivered a first class golfing experience and I would recommend GOLFnTours.com to anyone looking for a hassle free golf experience.

Thanks Francis.

And, one more :

Hello Francis,

We all had a wonderful golfing holiday in Manila, the accommodation, transport and golf courses were all excellent. The holiday was everything we could have hoped for and we do not hesitate in recommending your service to other golfers looking for an Asian golfing experience.

Please feel free to post this email on your website.

Well Organized

Hi Frank,
I must say the trip to Hanoi was well organized despite the little hitch on our side trip to Halong Bay on rainy days. The small hotel you got us was superb. Thank you so much.

The Tour Went Well

Hello Francis,
The tour went well. We enjoyed the golf. Only one thing, the credit card payment procedure tends to be a bit confusing. Hope you can improve on it.

Never Perfect but Always Good

Chiangmai Golf Package: Never Perfect but Always Good

“G’day mate, Thanks for your good work. I concur with michael re inthanon but it was not too bad. Caddy English wasn’t flash not that I can blame them for that.

And little things like condition of paths edgings and areas behind tees etc. Highlands and royal, in regard to those finishing touches were just superb. Driver Mit and his new van were 100% fantastic!

Truly, great trip – no worries

Chiang Mai Intensive Golf Package

Doc T, a medical specialist and CEO of a large medical center rang urgently from his shangri-la(ish) enclave across the vast sea, not for the operating table together with us, of course. They wanted a short but golf-intensive holiday in China but the horrible earthquake of May 2008 took place. We recommended Chiang Mai, Thailand and the group duly arrived despite difficulty in securing connecting flights. The group comprised mostly seasoned golfers who did two rounds per day at different courses for two days. Together with the other round of 18-hole play immediately on arrival, they clocked up five rounds each over three days. No mean feat for these ‘mature’ golfers, the youngest was 45 year-old and the oldest 58.

While the non-golfers enjoyed their fair share of shopping and sight-seeing; the golfers made full use of their time in the evening to unwind and relax their tired muscles by having massages by professional masseus.

For those not too familiar, amongst many other things, professional full-body massage and foot reflexology-massage are the latest health craze the city has to offer at the moment, and at a reasonable rate too. No? Ask the Doc!

Kuala Lumpur Golf & Tour Package

T Lam and friends are members of their local club in Macao. Regularly, they visit other hot golf venues overseas. We arranged a golf and tour package in Malaysia for them in May 2008. They played at the championship-level Palm “Cobra” Course of Saujana Golf & Country Resort which is just outside the capital city, Kuala Lumpur. They were also accommodated there at the resort. Additionally they also had a round at the historic Royal Selangor Golf Club as reciprocal members.

Special programme for the evening were also arranged; not least was a dinner at the KL (Revolving) Tower for a full panoramic view of the city while enjoying Malaysian and International cuisines. T and group enjoyed their golf package and the holiday in general. We were more than inspired and grateful for their kind comments on our arrangement. We look forward to organizing again for them, perhaps in another city in Southeast Asia.

Fast Boat to Shanghai?

K Hughes of Sydney had difficulties in securing golf bookings in Shanghai on his own. For those new to the golf club scene in China, most of the golf clubs there are privately owned. Very few are open to the public in the sense that one could easily ring up and make a golf green booking.

K contacted us for no less a good reason: under special arrangements, we could not only secure golf green bookings but also at a much discounted rate compared to that for the walk-in guests accompanied by members of the club. K and friends enjoyed their rounds of golf there and this is what K told us about his golf tour.

Singapore Sling

Hi, Francis
Safe and sound back in Australia.
Thank you very much for organizing this – we had a great trip and everything was first class.

We’ll certainly keep you in mind for future trips to Asia – having someone to organize everything for you makes the travel so much easier.
Cheers,

S. W. – Sydney Oct. 2012

Swing of The Sumatran Tigers

Sumatran TigerWhat did 4 men from the deep of Sumatra (Where? Sumatra of Indonesia, where long ago the last of the Sumatran Tigers was spotted alive!) do when their wives and kids went back to the Americas for their R & R? Just things boys do!

Well, they actually golfed from Sumatra to Singapore and Batam, then on to Bangkok and Pattaya, and back to more in Singapore and Batam before going back deep in Sumatra!

And, EC summed it up: “Best golf ever! We need to start working on the next golf trip!”

From Manila with Love

J A of Singapore made good use of the no-frills airline currently flying to Manila and came on with us for a 3 day 2 night golf tour with a friend of his. They had reciprocal membership with some of the clubs there and we took care of their hotel accommodation and roundtrip transfers to the golf courses. We got them the type of hotel they wanted but more specifically, it was at the center of Manila’s entertainment area, just where they had eagerly wanted to be.

When contacted after the trip, J A was quite mum about the details of their activities there except that everything went well; we did not even ask about how Manila was somehow painted red while they were there either!

Malacca Golf Tour

Yes, we really did enjoy the Malacca golf trip that you planned for us! The coach dropped us off right next to our hotel, and we were greeted by BL, the Guest Relation Manager, who told us that you had just called him to ensure that our welcome was organised. That demonstrates your great attention to detail, Francis. The hotel was just as we had hoped and all the staff were fantastic.

– Wendy & Al, London October 2010

Mission Hills Golf Tour

Neng D, the very efficient and affable secretary handled the Mission Hills golf tour for her boss. We enjoyed working with her; if only she was a bit less impatient and had not hounded us (Yes, she did! Oh, b….!) so much for info so early while we were still working at it, to a point we suspect one party at least must be terribly annoyed by the other, if not mutually so by each other, mindful of the fact that she’s as much part of our Dear Valued Customers! But this is what she said after:

“I’m happy to inform you that Pak E and all the members were happy and satisfied with your arrangement. We appreciate all your efforts organizing such a great golf trip for us and giving the best of service.
– Neng D, Jakarta, December 2010″

Phew…ma’af ya, neng.

Life: A Bed of Roses?

In September 2010, a Nepomuceno of Bulacan did a no-show on us two days before arrival for reasons we were not even aware of. The 30% deposit he sent us was forfeited; but it wasn’t even enough to cover the penalty imposed by facility suppliers on us for their hotel rooms that were cancelled so late into arrival. We requested for the shortfall to be made good but to no avail. If you think, we thrive on a very thin margin only from the thousands that clients pay for their packages, what else could we resort to except in hoping for a samaritan solicitor client/visitor to our website to offer us a service for recovery?

In life, you only need one in the lowly league to tell you otherwise – shame, shame, shame, what golfer!

Brag We Do!

The plane for departure flight was still on the tarmac of Bali Airport and TK sms “Dear Francis, we enjoyed a lot, thanks for the good organization. Regards TK”. One week later, AG wrote: “I believe that returning customer is the best evidence of a good service rendered by a company and since we were very pleased with your organization of our golf trip to Bali, we would like to make use of your service again.” Period.

TK and AG are members of a group of Euros happily married to Southeast Asia for their expertise by their respective companies. Their next destination would be Bangkok and we were more than happy to arrange the golf package for them.

We love to brag, don’t we? YES, WE DO! but only remaining ever so thankful to our Valued Customers for being so appreciative of our service; it humbles us.

And, for their golf trip to the Lost Island of Koh Samui:

“Francis, Thanks for the flawless organization. The logistics were perfectly organized, drivers were friendly, on time, helpful etc. Compliments to you and your staff! ……=> Bottom line: We all enjoyed the trip tremendously!”

– MW Singapore June 2010

We will be back

And, from the ever-winning member of the group:

“Hi Francis,

On behalf of all my colleagues thank you very much for making our golf event such a pleasant and memorable one! As in the past everything turned out impeccable…. pick-up, daily transport, TOFF times as well as accommodation. GOLFnTours seems to be a reliable partner even for non-vanilla countries like Vietnam where walk-in visitors are normally not welcomed on weekends! Thanks for your help and we will be back!

Kunming Golf

HjN is a professional in the building trade, a religious man, an equity holder of a famous golf club and not least, an avid golfer himself [and an ‘OP’ too!]. He is a lucky man as well if you think his wife and son are also regular golfers.

He liked the Kuming golf package we offered and ended up pulling his friend and family to come along making it a two-family group.

While they enjoyed the trip on the overall, there were certain things that he thought could have been better. We were grateful to him for his long and constructive email he took time to write us after the trip. We’ll just show the summary he’d kindly listed out for us in his email:

“…about golf in Kunming, I would rate it 10/10. Ground handling was probably 6/10, mostly because of transport. Spring City as a resort, I would rate it 6/10. Grand Park Hotel, 8/10. Kunming itself, 5/10. Halal food in Kunming, 9/10.”

During their tour, as a small gesture, we sent them a fruit basket of mainly huge mangoes for those items not scoring close to “10”. After reading his email, we’ve made up our mind if HjN comes on our tour again like he said he would for Chiangmai, we’d definitely include a big Durian in the fruit basket (Note: Durian is ‘King of All Fruits’ in S.E. Asia!). HjN, thanks for joining our tour and helping us improve too.

Golfing in Manila

AG is a professional; his job takes him to all over the world. Currently he is based in his company’s outlet in Singapore. Recently he came on our tour to Manila with seven others and, he had some generous words for us:

Hi Francis, Thanks for the arrangements and changes. Some feedback: The S Golf Club is a fantastic course. It’s a bit far but well worth the effort…Great choice !! The M Golf Club…is interesting and different and the setting gives it a unique charm…but the quality of maintenance kills all its fine attributes. The transport and the tour assistant were excellent…Overall we had a really enjoyable time and thanks to you and all involved for making it happen.

You made our day AG; couldn’t be more gratified.

Zhuhai: No Receipt? No Payment!

When SS and friends wanted to pay on arrival in Zhuhai the cash balance of their package price for his golf holiday there last month, our appointed representative could not produce the official receipt because he left it in the office. SS, acting according to our earlier instruction to pay only if accompanied by an official receipt, refused to hand over the cash and stuck to his ‘500cc Ball Launcher’ [Note maximum volume allowed by USGA!] for two days until the receipt was finally presented to him. The representative was of course severely reprimanded for poor attentiveness in his duty while the 6 rounds of golf over 3 days for our guests got going as planned. We thanked SS for helping us maintain a high standard of quality control of our golf tour.

SS is a man in-charge of massive deliveries on a global basis for his company. For all the resources and the many people from all over the world he has to deal with on a daily basis, he appears a man of few words…read what he says.

Intensive Golfing Package

Intensive Golfing Package – Khao Yai National Park, Thailand

B Yeoh and friends of Penang form a private club of sort of their own within the golf club to which they all belong as members. Unfortunately the golf club has recently gone bust apparently for no good reasons and legal proceedings are underway for them to be compensated for the purchase price of their membership, and that means a long, long wait if not forever depending on the outcome of the proceedings, before they could hope to be back at their regular playground. Poor boys. Since then they have been out on other venues for their regular private golf outings.

They contacted us for golf packages in China but finally settled for something more refreshing like golfing in a national park. We gladly obliged and a golf trip was organized for the Khao Yai National Park, a stone’s throw away from Bangkok, Thailand. For a 4-day 3-night’s stay, we managed to pack in five rounds in all of 18-hole golf play (One in Bangkok though, just before boarding!), all at different golf courses, just to make the boys happy. Credit must also go to B’s good flight arrangements. Did they enjoy it? Hear what B says on behalf.
